Team Strength
Who scores it, and who gives it up.
Offense
Fantasy points a team's own skill positions have scored, per game. The top of this list is where your players want to be.
Defense
Fantasy points allowed to opposing skill positions, per game, best first. Read it from the bottom for the matchups you want to start people into.
Starting a D/ST
A different question from the one above. This is what a team defence has scored you - sacks, takeaways, points allowed - rather than what it has given up.
Where This Comes From
Every completed week of this season's box scores, from Sleeper, in full PPR. A team's offence is what its own QB, RB, WR and TE scored; its defence is the identical points counted against whoever they played. Chicago scoring 142.8 in week one and Carolina allowing 142.8 is not a coincidence - it is one game read from both ends. Per game, not per season, so a bye does not look like a slump. Only finished weeks count; a week in progress would rank teams on who had kicked off. The ranks are rebuilt after each week's games. The injury line on each row is live, because that is the part a season-to-date average cannot know: a team can be the best offence in the league and have lost its quarterback on Sunday, and the number beside its name would not flinch for another week.
